Sick Newborn😔

My baby just turned 4 weeks today & thanks to flu season creeping up, she officially caught a little bug. She’s been super congested since last night, literally gurgling on her mucus. SO SCARY to hear. I am super upset & as always blaming myself, naturally (I’m sure PP hormones don’t help). Dr. said basically just nasal saline, nose Frieda, and humidifier. Any advice or words of emotional encouragement from mamas who’ve been through this this early with their baby?
