Engagement fashion advice

Hello all!

My finace and I are getting our engagements done this year in the snow and I'm having the hardest time deciding what to wear!

I would like to try a long red dress I was thinking something like this:

But when I showed it to my fiance all he said was, "you're going to freeze, we're going to be in snow" and then he told me he was thinking I could wear one of those puffy coats with fur on the hood...I think they're cute, but I'm a plus size girl (5 ft tall and 240 lbs) and I feel like wearing a coat like that is just going to make me look even bigger than I am.

So I was hoping for some opinions and suggestions if you guys had any! 😊
