Please help
I’ve gained about 65-70 lbs in the last 3 going on 4 years. It started slowly like 2 lbs here 2pbs there and then 10 lbs there 10 lbs here. At first I tried working out getting healthy but nothing worked and every since I’ve been on that cycle of working out then quitting. I try to motivate myself cause I hate how I look how I can’t do certain things Ike before all of that so I have more than enough motivation good and bad. I need tips and help please. A lot of you ladies have done it and I look up to you women when I go to the gym I go about 2-3x a week with weigh training for about an hour and a half to two hours. Please leave tips and helpful insights in the comments. If it helps I’m 5’4 208 lbs and 18 years old. I have more fat surrounding my abdomen and I have a fatty liver.
