Pump and dump?

I had an allergic reaction yesterday morning and got a shot of hydrocortisone and Benadryl around 1130 am. I took 25mg poll of Benadryl again at 6pm last night. I pumped and dumped around 5pm yesterday. How do I know when my milk is safe?

You do not need to dump! Your milk is absolutely fine.

I would be worried with Benadryl and drying your milk supply up so don’t use it unless you really need to!
