I need to go to a clinic to get tested for an STI today however I’m very scared of being judged it is one if my biggest fears and I feel like the anxiety will make me jjst freeze up when I go the clinic to ask any advice on how to phrase it in a way that won’t make me nervous and ways to control the anxiety
