Interesting and makes me wonder pregnancy related

So Im having some pretty bad back pain like a pulled muscle but its so bad i was in tears couldnt sleep or anything so I went to the er they done xrays ct scan and all and my D-Dimer blood test came back elevated. Paper says norm is 0.0-0.48 and mine is 1.36. She done the ct scan to make sure I had no blood clots. Everything came back good so she said pulled muscle but for some reason I got curious and googled that about the blood and pregnancy and seen it could elevate if pregnant. Anyone know about this? I know weird and no1 probably really knows but im so curious.
