Nausea tips?

I'm 7 weeks pregnant snd so nauseous I can't even sit up or drink. Any tips? Thank you

Sour candies did the trick for me. I ordered the preggie pops on amazon and they helped a lot. I’d keep them at the bedside and eat one right before I got out of bed!
