Pregnant after miscarriage and I’m terrified

I had a miscarriage in Feb of this year and I am now 4 w 6d and I’m freaking out as well. I’ve had some cramping pretty much everyday for the last week or so and after sex last night I had a little pink on the toilet tissue. My high risk gyno says it’s common but that it’s just a waiting game until my Sono on Oct 7th. I’m absolutely terrified of a repeat of last time and the fear is almost keeping me from allowing myself to be truly happy even though I am trying to stay positive. Has anyone had this? I’m 36yrs old which makes me high risk as well as my previous miscarriage. Any words of wisdom would be appreciated
