Has anyone else had really painful ovulation ?

4 months ago i had a m/c at 12 weeks and after a month i had to have a d&c ... i have had 2 periods since then there for i do ovulate as that’s what a period is right when the egg doesn’t implant ...

Anyway it’s it’s out first cycle trying again and this cycle my ovulation has been so so painful that i’ve had to take some paracetamol.. didn’t think ovulation was meant to be that painful ... it feels like ovulation pain on the left side ... has any one had this before , does it mean maybe I might me releasing more than one egg ? I can’t seem to find another reason why i’m in so much pain as i get ovulation pain anyway but nothing like this ..

i had my first positive peak opk yesterday and the pain started today around 4pm and still there now a little bit ( nearly 10pm )
