Should I?

So there is this guy,, him and I are 15 , soon turning 16! We both do drama together... We really get along, friends and all he knows I used to like him last year but he doesn't know this year! And he also knows that I know he used to like me back 2 years !! We talk but not a lot it gets awkward .. I think he flirts because he often pokes me or touches me , he always calls me names and silly nicknames that he knows annoy me :) he told me he loves me in a joking way , and he smiles at me and sometimes looks my way.. I just can't be sure he likes me... How can I ???? (Please help me) I don't know wether to ask him out, or slowly tell him?? I just want to talk to him more but it's impossible to get close because he is shy! :((( (please help me , I'm nervous and don't know what to do )
