Stretch marks itching?

So... I feel dumb asking this since I only got a couple small marks by my belly button with my first, but does this look like a stretch mark? It’s been really itchy on the right side today by the area and I just noticed what looks sort of like a tiny stretch mark? are they normally itchy before you get them or after?

Also I feel like 16 weeks is way early to be getting them 😅 especially considering I didn’t have virtually any with my first. So weird
