TTC with help: Provera & Letrozole

Hey y'all!

So, I didnt get a period last month (August 2019). So my doctor started me on Provera. I got my period the 2nd day after stopping the provera (9/14/19) Then started letrozole on cycle day 3 and finished this first round on cycle day 7. Today was cycle day 12 and I got my first positive opk in a long time 😉. I was wondering... Has anyone had luck on their first round of letrozole? I have pcos so naturally this was my OBGYN's first go-to medication. I wanna hear your success stories!
