Induction question!
How soon after you arrive at the hospital do you actually start the induction process? Do you like check in and then they hook you up to meds or do you have time to like settle in and shower and get situated and they check you for things and what not and then start a couple hours later?
I have an induction scheduled for 1pm on the 30th, they said it was the only available date and time. For weird personal reasons I really don’t want baby born on that date so I’m hoping I make it to midnight. It’s my second baby so I’m scared the process will be short from start to finish. Hoping they don’t actually start the medicine for a little while after I check in so that my chances of making it to midnight are higher. Obviously I will be thrilled to see my daughter and as long as she’s healthy but I just really hope the process takes at least 11 hours 😅
