Cold feeling in stomach?

I have been having a cold feeling inside my stomach (like when you drink a lot of cold water) for a few weeks now, it doesn’t happen all the time but every now and then and enough for me to notice it’s been happening. So I was just wondering if anyone knows why this may be happening?

Not sure if this is helpful or not but I’m currently being tested for ibs and celiac disease, and I’m low in iron and b-12. just thought id add that incase it may have something to do with one of those things, thank you :)
