Overtired 3 month old...

My three-month-old has started to have trouble sleeping the past few weeks during naps. F first I thought maybe he wasn’t feeling well but basically he will be so worked up and literally sit and scream and cry because he is so tired and once he falls asleep he will only sleep for about 30 minutes and then the cycle starts over. He sleeps through the night but it’s difficult getting him down as he likes to sit and cry and scream because of how tired he is from not taking naps throughout the day. I mean this little boy will literally scream his head off even after being fed and changed if you lay him down and he thinks he’s going to sleep. Please help 😩
