Hitting cervix?

So my boyfriend and I had sex for the first time today. I was a virgin. Honestly the sex was really good and nothing hurt at all until we tried doggy style. At random points I would get a pinching feeling deep in me. I'm wondering if that was him hitting my cervix? If so it was pretty uncomfortable and I want to know if there's a way to avoid that. Should I bend down more? Is he "too big"? It felt great but the pinching would throw me off and start to get annoying so I'd tell him so slow down or stop. Please help lol

Probably your cervix. During your cycle, your cervix will be higher or lower, so sometimes he will hit and others he won’t. It really just depends, but there’s no way to really avoid it apart from avoiding positions that hurt when your cervix is lower.

It’s more than likely your cervix being hit. There’s not much you can do to avoid that while in certain positions, but I find if you arch your back more it helps avoid it.
