Hey guys my boobies aren’t making enough milk for my LO. I’ve noticed because I’ll nurse for 20-30 minutes and my son will still cry from being so hungry afterwards. If I put him back on the boob he pulls off and starts screaming crying, or he will start biting my boob. I try to pump after sessions but not much comes out..I just bought lactation cookies and supplements but they don’t seem to be helping. My boobs are small and soft but if I express with my hands milk will still come out. I breast feed around 8-9 times a day. Tonight I had to feed (20 min) and then offer a bottle (formula of 4 oz) to my baby and he was still hungry after that! What else should I be doing to increase supply?? Should I try to pump after every nursing session? Keep my son on for longer? I just feel like he’s consistently hungry.
