Should I be concerned?

Question

Where I live they have 4 other kids. An 8 yr old, a 4 yr old, a 1 and 1/2 yr old and a 2 yr old. These kids really have no structure and they yell and scream all the time. Now my son was born August 13th he slept fine because they told the kids to stay away. Now that he's older they just stopped caring and now my son will only have a simple 3-4 hour nap maybe two to three times a day until he wears himself out and crashs and burns then he sleeps the whole day and night. Should I be concerned or is this typical behavior?
P.S. No I can not discipline the children where I live and they will not discipline them either here in this house in the middle of no where in Mississippi

Most likely your baby will learn to sleep through anything. Might be hard at first and you’ll have sleep regressions like anyone else, but babies that experience lots of noise typically just learn to sleep through it. Everyone I know who has 3-4 kids tells me the youngest will sleep through a thunderstorm because it’s impossible to keep the others quiet all the time. 
Do you and baby have your own room in this shared home? Or are you staying on the couch and trying to nap in the living room? It’s going to be harder if so, but again, it’s doable.  Some babies are in daycare from 4-6 weeks old and learn to nap in a room with other crying babies. (And in my experience as a preschool teacher, those kids are the chillest, most well-adjusted toddlers!) 
 
If your baby seems more sensitive to noise, you might try getting a sound machine to put in your room or by the crib. It can block out a lot of the yelling.

I’m not sure I understand his sleep habit but maybe this will help , it’s a chart by age and healthy sleep amounts. Though getting them to sleep at that stage can be very hard.

If you can't discipline them an no one else will and you're unable to move, it wouldn't help to worry if there was something to worry about, would it?
