Misscarrige dream?

So I had a dream I miss carried is this a bad sign or just a stress dream my mom lost all her babies @ 12 weeks with her misscarriges and I just really want to keep my first baby

I had a miscarriage dream with one of mine and I lost it a few days later as heart beat stopped around the time I had the dream. I was 11+3. 
​But I also hav death dreams with all my healthy pregnancies, think it's due to worry and stress. I have death dreams a lot but they are a lot more offer and intense when I'm pregnant. I had one a few nights ago, it was terrifying! I'm 13 weeks now. X

I had this same dream last night. I think it's just stress & unconscious thoughts that cause us to have these dreams. just don't stress yourself about it. you'll be ok.

I was just scared cuz I was having bad vo.iting and I'm 9 weeks going on 10 and its starting to go away this morning I haven't thrown up once so it just kinda scared me
