Working and pumping
Hey friends,
So when I am strictly feeding baby on the weekend she is well fed, enough diapers, full etc, so I know I dont have a supply problem.
But I am not sure I’m pumping enough at work to keep up, should I had add a pumping session? Change my diet? Add a supplement or something? Adjust my pump somehow? Idk.
