I agree it looks like a drool rash. My son would get them all the time until we got rid of the pacifier.

My son had a rash like this and it got worse within a few days. I’d watch it. He got diagnosed with impetigo and was using antibiotic ointment for two weeks. He had atypical symptoms so no fever! Weirdest thing. Could be drool rash too
