Implantation pain help !

I’m currently 8 DPO and on CD23.

Since yesterday I’ve been feeling cramps/pinching pain ( right this second it’s quite intense ) in my lower abdomen just below where I think my right ovary is... I need a hot water bottle as some times it’s quite intense.

Sore boobs. Tired. Etc etc.

I’ve been TTC for 5 years now.

No gynea issues.

I almost feel like I’m going to come on.

Pinching stabbing pain. No a dull ache. Comes and goes every min for so.

Yesterday it wasn’t that much but for the last 2 hours it has been.

No bleeding.

opk negative.

My cycles are between 28-31 days.

Not really had this before.

Also does everyone have implantation bleeding?
