Lice treatment tips 🙃

My 4 little siblings have headlice and gave it to my fiancé, my son and I. I don’t have the money to treat all of us with actual lice shampoo and I know my mom won’t help out at all to pay for it. I know mayonnaise is a thing to suffocate them but that has to sit in your hair for several hours and the smell of mayonnaise kills me right now (pregnant). Any tips would be appreciated.

And obviously I know vacuuming and cleaning bedding daily and combing hair daily.
