Could these be signs of early labour?

32 weeks today. Noticed she’s way lower, pushing on my cervix a lot today. Menstrual like cramping, just over all heaviness down there. All of a sudden I feel really sick, nauseous and diarrhea, along with heartburn. I’m pretty sure I’m having contractions, they don’t hurt but the sensation is uncomfortable. She’s also really active right now. This is my second so I’m unsure if this is just normal second pregnancy stuff, body just maybe getting ready earlier, but first was also a c section!
