Don’t know what to do!!

So I am (or was) friends with benefits with this guy for about a year but we are actually friends and have a good connection. We’ve known each other for years and I guess i kinda looked at it like we were dating but when we first started hooking up neither of us wanted a relationship. We did get very close but basically he is now in a relationship. We had always been together so it was a complete surprise to me. He knew I had feelings for him and told me he’s basically with her cause I was “leading him on” which is bs. I would’ve felt better about the situation if he would’ve just said he really likes her, they have a connection,etc etc... i don’t really know how to move on from the situation. He keeps hitting me up trying to be “friends” but i don’t even know if the “girlfriend” knows anything about me. We don’t know each other but it’s like our timelines definitely cross. Idk how I should handle it idk if I should tell her or talk to him. I don’t know what to do
