Restricted growth baby

I'm exactly 39 weeks today and I'm getting induced on sep 30th because my little girl isn't growing well. I'm a petite woman, only 5ft tall and doc say it might be generic. Baby girl weighs 5lbs 14oz at 38 weeks so they decided to induce her when I turn 39.

Anyone had a induction for restricted growth baby and their baby turned out bigger than expected? Any stories that anyone can share? I'm feeling a little bummed cuz I've been trying hard the last few weeks to gain more weight, hoping that she would grow but she didn't :(
