Has anyone taken minocycline to treat acne? If so what were your results. Side effects? I need all the deets please lol

Answer

I’ve taken it for years. It worked while I was on it but the acne returned when I got off of it. It messed with my gut because it kills all the bacteria even the good. I was taking a brand name called solodyn and after a year or 2, I got ringing in the ears. I stopped it and the ringing also stopped. From personal experience, I think topicals are a better route if possible.
