Ways to detox the lymp system?
So I have had swollen lymph nodes for 2 years now in the base of my neck and one under my jaw. 3 different doctors have felt them and said they don’t feel concerning. So... I’m thinking maybe my lymphatic system is just backed up? Are there any ways I can cleanse and detox?
