Is this a cancerous mole?

I know the picture is kind of gross 😣 I have a lot of moles.  This mole is a concern, it’s a slightly different color than the others and looks different.
I am going to see a doctor but where I live it’s hard to see one with my health insurance / long story 
Anyway, does anyone have knowledge on this?  Thank you!!!

Can't actually know without tracking growth and a biopsy to be sure.

I'd get that one checked asap. Might be fine but irregular shape is one potential red flag.

I have one like this on my back. My doctor said it’s the size of tip of pinky and to just keep an eye but that if it stays the same size I don’t need to worry but if it grows I need a biopsy
