My head feels like it’s going to explode

It’s 3 am and I have this awful head cold with severe sinus pressure. I’m 32 weeks pregnant and have done everything to try to not take any medication but I’m literally in tears right now with how much pain I’m in.

This was me last night. I caved in and took the medicine. I slept like a baby afterwards but I wish this cold and stuffiness would go away.

You can take Tylenol but I’m not sure if that helps with the sinus pain 🤔

Yup just getting over my cold to, I’m 33wks. I used Vick’s, hot water with honey, lemon with ginger tea, and cough drops
