Cutting sugar to lose weight
To my surprise I have lost 2.5kg in the last month and managed to keep it off. I stopped having processed sugar and things with processed sugar. I had lost 1.5kg and now another 1kg. The last few days I have been binge snacking a bit and I was scared to measure but the likelihood that I am expecting could be also contributing to losing some of this 1kg weight. I am now 64kg exactly. Still overweight by about 7kg to get a good BMI as I am on the short side.
