Should I be worried if I have placenta previa? & will exercising complicate things?

Just found out that I have placenta previa. I’m 17 +4 weeks and I stopped exercising because my stomach would tighten so much and I was worried it would harm the baby. I haven’t worked out in a month now and I feel like crap with aches and pain. I am afraid to start working out again especially now that I found out I have placenta previa. Can anyone give me some advice who has or had placenta previa. Should I be worried and does this increases chances of miscarriage?
