Eczema help!!

What works for your babies? I’ve been doing tons of aquaphor, aveeno, Eucerin eczema cream, Burt’s bees ointment, cortisone as needed. I’ve even used the corona ointment for horses and dogs 😫 which actually worked well but I don’t want to break down the skin, same as cortisone. Can I use nipple lanolin cream? It get so red and raw and itchy and I feel terrible for him. It went from just ankles to ankles, knees, patches on stomach and elbows. I will discuss with his pediatrician at his next appointment but I’m looking for some relief for him until then.
