Is LOVE enough to sustain a relationship?

No. Love can make people work harder I think but love itself isn’t enough to solely keep a healthy relationship going.

It depends what you are  calling "love".
If you're just talking about mushy feelings and such, then no. That cannot sustain a relationship. 
If you define love like I do- as the foundation built on hard team work together, compatibility, communication, trust, respect and commitment-  then yeah, those things can sustain a relationship.

There needs to be patients, communication, respect, understanding, etc.

If both people are in love and willing to make the effort, anything is possible. If only one person is in love or only one person is making an effort, then no, it isn’t enough.
