Early pregnancy or pms?

7 days away  from my period having bloating and light period like cramps after sex went away but the bloating still has not

I'm guessing pms....    I'm starting to realize why early pregnancy gets confused with pms.. it's cuz you get those same symptoms right when you're period is coming on except I've been having that feeling non stop since the last time I got my period which was a whole week early and hardly lasted 2 days,With one-2 wipes of light spotting for the following 2 days.  That week I went to the ER to rule out UTI cuz the pressure wouldn't go away but I knew it wasn't infection. My bladder was overly full from that "3rd day of cycle" for over 2 weeks and I couldn't stop peeing. I've puked 3 times in the last week or so and I've been nauseous and dizzy. I don't know if I'm pregnant but I would imagine this is what it feels like and if I'm not then I'm convinced I'm dying.
