Does anyone suffer from severe anxiety/panic attacks? If so what medicine are you on? I’m on Klonopin 2mg twice a day, but i’ve been on it for almost 5 years now it isn’t helping much anymore, my anxiety is just getting worse & worse, idk what to do. 😞😞 i feel so alone & defeated, no one i know suffers like this.

Hey love, I have severe panic disorder amongst other things, and I know exactly what you’re talking about. I’m currently on 2mg twice a day of Xanax, but I’ve built such a tolerance for it I barely feel it. This happens a lot with benzos, people aren’t supposed to be on them long term, and this is one example why. I switch between Ativan, Klonopin and Xanax, roughly every 6 mos - a year to try and eliminate this problem, but now that my body is used to Xanax, the others don’t do a damn thing 🤦🏼‍♀️.

50mg of setraline a day, nightly meditation, 20-30 mins of exercise every day, and cut out all caffeine and alcohol .

I have an anxiety and panic disorder.
I tried Trintellex, Pristiq, Cipralex and Lexapro. None of them worked for me and gave me terrible side effects.
After blood work, it turns out my body cannot tolerate medication.
I cut out caffeine and sugar, take a multivitamin and omega 3 everyday, stop looking at my phone an hour before bed, and go for a 30-45 minute walk everyday and it has honestly helped my anxiety so so much!

I have always found regular exercise to be the most effective. When I don’t exercise I become an emotional mess.
