My LO is about to turn 11 months. I'm grateful and proud we made it this far but I'm slowly beginning to get frustrated because I want my body back to myself for a bit before I consider baby #2, but I'm also struggling with the guilt of taking the boob away because of the comfort she gets from it. But I spend nights with her attached and I'm exhausted already. I'm conflicted about what to do and how to start the process of weaning her and drying up my milk (and how to do this too).....😞 it's a whirlwind of emotions.
