Acne during Ovulation ??

Hello Ladies,
So I have noticed that I develop acne around ovulation  window for the past two cycles. But it’s been more intense breakouts than usual... and it’s only the past two months ... 
I have been ttc for 10 months now and this is happening recently... any advise? 
I did breakout here and there  before my periods before but not like that :(

I’ve been using cetaphil and washing my face 2-3 times a day. The acne on my forehead gets so painful.

Yeah I break out so bad in the forehead and I get oily skin
