STI testing under fam insurance: will parents know?

I have an STI testing appointment with my college campus health center. If I pay for the testing under my parents’ insurance, will they be notified? Can they see it somehow?
Obviously this isn’t an appointment I want them to see (at least my dad; my mom is more understanding).

The bill or statement may or may not list each individual test or it may just list final costs but they will get a statement or bill.
