Tender to the touch like when you take your bra off is when it hurt the most. My boobs also got huge the first week after ovulation and just felt full.

They felt completely normal to me both pregnancy they didn’t even get bigger for me the grow once milk flow comes in

Just tender and sore, like sore muscles. However, many woman experience breast pain for different reasons (period, ovulation). I would imagine if you have breast pain at either of those times, it would be similar. I’ve never had breast pain before, so for me it’s the first symptom I look for for pregnancy. However, with my last pregnancy I didn’t have pain until well after my positive hpt.
