Hi guys, I’m just super confused and thought I’ll check if anyone has had similar experiences...

During 2ww I have had a lot of symptoms....starting from flatulence to really sore and swollen breasts (I’ve never experienced sore breasts in my life before periods etc) I’ve also been having mild cramps, nausea, headaches etc....I tested using first response on 9dpo-BFN....I waited and tested yesterday (held my pee for 6 hours and tested in the evening) BFN again.....I think I spotted like a tiny speck of light colored blood last night....tested again this morning (day of expected period) BFN on first response early pregnancy test....I STILL have sore breasts...I cannot be hallucinating...has anyone had similar experiences? Feeling really anxious and scared :(
