Warm baths tucks pad and creams.. and preparation H. Tucks cream has lidocaine in it so it does wonders with pain.

I’ve had problems with this lately and used preparation H, it helped a lot! I’ve also heard of tucks witch hazel pads which I am going to buy now and keep on hand for after delivery

Mine just started after being prescribed iron pills. I take a stool softener but it doesn’t seem to be helping much. 
Just started doing sitz bath (1 tablespoon coconut oil, 2 tablespoons baking soda 2 tablespoons witch hazel, 1/2 cup of epsom salt..sit for 15 minutes).. they also suggested adding lavender oil to it but i didn’t have any..  last night, witch hazel preparation H wipes, also using regular wipes and not toilet paper. I also got all organic 💯 coconut oil, from my research if you mix the coconut oil and witch hazel together and apply it with a cotton ball it will help. Haven’t tried it yet but i will be tonight. Also increasing fiber intake along with lots and lots of water.

Tucks and Earth Mama Perineal Balm have been my saving grace! Mine were so bad one night I couldn't sleep! Bonus, you can use both of these items post delivery too :-)

I find baby wipes helps some but i have to take a warm bath in order to make it bareable

Pretty much anything topical is perfectly safe. Wipes, cream, etc
