Hey, I am 9 days post ovulation and have cramps in my lower back it's as if af is coming, had a chemical last month and feel like my heart is going to break if it happens again, has anyone else experienced cramps in their lower back 8-9-10 days post ovulation, I am too scared to test, my symptoms are exactly the same as last month, I'm so worried and can't stop being emotional, any feedback would really help 😞
