Vaccines?!

My 2 month old has his vaccines next week. It really seems like it’s a lot in one day it’s two mixed cocktail ones that have like three in each and an oral one as well. It feels like a bit much if you ask me. Was considering spreading them out so he won’t take so many in one day? Any one have any advice or personal experience from 2 month shots ?

My baby cried during her shots but seemed to forget about them immediately- I breastfed her after and she was back to normal. The appointment was quick- no more than a couple minutes for the shots. 
There’s no medical benefit to spreading them out and it seems like you’d just be subjecting her to multiple unpleasant experiences rather than getting it over with all at once.

Wow! Many unkind comments here. You can share an opinion without being unkind! There’s also a ton of bullying and fear mongering here. Ever wonder why the vaccine schedule is different like...everywhere, yet they say how crucial it is to follow it? Me too! Do what you think is best. You’re still vaccinating your kid, nothing is going to happen to them in the few weeks you wait to spread them out.!🙃

If you are worried about it being too much for their immune system, then that is very silly. Your baby is exposed to millions of microbes every single day, many of which can make them sick. Their immune system is constantly working to build up immunity to the world around them. These just happen to be 5 specific microbes that aren't even able to cause their illnesses. A healthy baby's immune system is more than capable of handling it.

I’m flagging any rude or obscene replys so unless you have a personal experience or advise to post regarding spreading vaccines out or a 2 month old doctor visit, please refrain from any rude or condescending remarks about my post, I’m not saying I will not be getting the vaccines I am just a concerned mother regarding what Is being injected in my child I don’t need women down my throat being mean about a simple concern that is valid

It feels like a lot based on what? I don’t get why giving 1,3,6 or whatever the schedule dictates would be problematic? Why do you feel babies can’t get more than some low number? 
Personally I just want my baby not to get sick from whatever I can avoid as quickly as possible

My son got all 4 of his last week and he did great, no fever after or anything just lots of sleeping but my friend told me her son got seizures from his shots & still gets them now as a teenager. Not saying they caused him to have them his whole life, but they did result in seizures immediately after getting the shots. Just something to think about.

I felt the same way so I spread them out. It’s personal choice! The first one she got was the 3 in 1, the rest of that day she was pretty fussy and slept all day and all night. I did give one dose of Tylenol. She was fine the next day. Then the next set was about a week or so later, she got one injection and the oral. Didn’t notice any side effects at all from those, she was totally fine. And no I didn’t wanna put her through it twice, I thought about it and went with what I thought was best. FTM lol. I held and cuddled her after and she forgot about it in a few seconds. Not sure what I’ll do for the 4 month shots yet!

Theres absolutely no reason to spread them out. Vaccines have become significantly more efficient so it's something like 2 shots today is the equivalent of 10 when we got them. It only uses .2% of their immune system. Theres a vaccine schedule for a reason, they wouldnt do it if it was too much for babies to handle.
