Painful lump on bikini line (TMI)

I have developed a really painful and really really hard lump on my bikini line, it is where the bone is and just kills with every movement. I have had “boils” down there before but they have never been this hard, it is like a rock...

I have tried to zoom in to crop everything out 😂

Do I need to go to the docs? I’ve been before and all they do is to wait for infection signs then treat me with antibiotics which does nothing really.
