Will she have curly hair if it looks like this now?

Her daddy has beautiful Mexican thick curly hair!  My hair is straight and thin.  Just noticed these curls coming in the back.  She is 15 months old.
My question is:  Do all toddlers’ hair curl like this at this age, or does this mean her hair is in fact curly?!
First time mom here and just excited about the curls and want to know about it lol 😊
Also, this is after a bath and her hair drying.

My girl's hair is just as curly as me and her daddy's hair was at that age and we both ended up with wavy hair

She is half Puerto Rican and half white

If she's already had a first haircut then this will probably be her big kid hair. Otherwise I found cutting my babies hair was the last time they had those little curls

This is the back of my 1 year olds head. He’s a curly guy but it’s a little straight on top. Your girl’s may or may not, just keep letting it grow. 😁

Curly hair is usually pretty obvious early on. It looks like she'll have wavy hair- which is still adorable!!
