To test or not to test?

TMI me and my bf had sex on 9-14-19 a day before I ovulate. 6 DPO I had light pinkish spotting for an hour or so I’m now two days late on my period. I’m having some abdominal pulling like cramps. I got a negative test Saturday. Should I test now (it’s Monday)or wait it out? CM is watery.
