Hi all,

So yesterday I had to go to urgent care walk in due to a fever of 103 and chills, they diagnosed me with mastitis and put me on antibiotics. I had to stop breastfeeding for a little while due to the pain but I had also developed an infection in my nipple as well. I have been trying to pump and bottle feed baby but it's like as soon as I started my antibiotic I can only get like 1 oz every 3 hours. My SIL was nice enough to give me a few bags of her milk, but baby is going through it SO fast. I'm starting to panic that my supply isn't going to come back. I'm running out of back up milk and my milk just does not want to come in. Any recommendations? I'm desperate for any advice! Thanks in advance
