Apps just go by info you log. Tracking is how you know for sure. Apps can help you log your opk tests to help read them.

You can go on a million diff sites and it will give you the same rough estimate. It’s never accurate. Just a rough estimate.

I’ve been using glow since June. I haven’t conceived since I’ve been trying starting June. I haven’t conceived yet. This month I used OPKs and I ovulated 3 days later than glow predicted. Which explains why I haven’t gotten pregnant yet. We usually stop BDing the day before of on the day glow predicted ovulation and not BD for a while because we would be tired. I was completely missing my window. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Apps are not accurate. All they do is guess when you ovulate. You need to use OPKs to know if it’s close or not. I ovulate many days before what the app says..

It’s 5 days off for me. No app can for sure accurately know when you ovulate.
