What do you eat? And when did you decide enough was enough and seek help through medicine?
I am struggling. I don’t have ‘skinny’ PCOS or whatever people call it.. but I’m not ‘overweight’ either. So I know some may (and have) said my ‘diet is fine’ ‘I don’t need to change a thing’
But I have heard through the grape vine women conceiving after changing to the keto diet! I’m wondering if most of these women were trying to lose weight to heighten their chance of conceiving? Or were they like me and just generally trying to balance their hormones..
I’ve cut out coffee 🤷🏻♀️ I’m just basically highly considering the keto diet, and I’m wondering how long women who took to medicine waited before they decided to turn to (brilliant ☺️) science.. I’m 28.5. Feeling the pressure 😔
